Payment
We require a 50% deposit within one week of booking and the balance paid one week prior to arrival. The full amount is required when booking within one week of arrival. Fees may be paid by cash, money order or direct deposit into our account. A cheque will be accepted providing there are enough clearance days. All cheques are to be payable to Kay Murray.

A rental agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of booking.

Cancellations
4 weeks notice is required for a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. The booking may be transferred to another time providing the vacancy can be re-booked.
