Art House Accommodation - Bayswater Beach House

Bayswater Beach House contains 2 x 2 bedroom units and is only 100metres to the beach and a short stroll to Huskisson. The cottage is ideal for families who want to holiday together but need their own space or for larger groups of friends.
Recently renovated and landscaped enjoy entertaining outside in the shared BBQ area with two separate garden patio spaces.

The cottage is located only 100m away from the stunning Collingwood Beach and a short walk to the family friendly Moona Moona Creek Reserve.

Centrally located enjoy a short stroll along the Jervis Bay cycleway to the township of Huskisson or the Vincentia shops.

Baywater Beach House sleeps up to 9 adults in total (5 people in Unit 1 and 4 people in Unit 2). Unit 1 contains a queen bed in one room and a double/single bunk in the other. Unit 2 has a sleeping configuration of a queen bed in one room with two singles in the other bedroom (can be joined to form a King). All beds are new and a portacot is available if required.

The property has been recently renovated to a high standard. Each unit contains:

  • Television and DVD players in both the lounge and main bedrooms
  • CD stereo
  • Clock radios in the bedroom
  • Full self contained kitchen
  • Reverse cycle air conditioning
  • Fully self contained kitchen
  • A BBQ shelter which is shared with separate outdoor garden patios
  • Laundry is shared between units and contains a washing machine and Dryer.
  • Bathroom – including shower, basin and toilet. Unit 2 also contains a bath.
  • Linen is extra and can be hired for $10/person (includes towels, sheets, pillowcases and beds made) or you can bring your own. Please bring your own beach towels.
